Logging into the Nmbrs Mobile App

Good news! Employees no longer need to enter a domain when logging in. You can now log in using the email address linked to your account.

What to Expect from the Mobile App?

✔ Access Your Information – View your salary details, personal information, and documents.
✔ Functionality Based on Settings – The payroll administrator determines which features are available. Some functions may be restricted depending on your access rights.

Step 1: Download and Open the Nmbrs App

Enter the email address associated with your account.

Step 2: Log in via Visma Connect in the Nmbrs Mobile App

You will be redirected to Visma Connect, where you can log in using one of the following methods:

🔹 Email & Password – Use the same login details as the web application.
🔹 Apple ID – If linked, you can log in using your Apple ID.
🔹 Google Sign-In – Log in via your connected Google account.

Login Requirements

🔹 Employee Login Required – You must have an active employee login for the web application.
If you don’t have one, contact your payroll administrator.

🔹 Multiple Employee Logins? – If your login is linked to multiple companies, select the correct domain after logging in, then choose the correct company.

🔹 Switching Companies – Tap the menu (☰) in the top left corner and select "Switch Company" at the bottom. You will be redirected to the domain selection page, where you can choose the correct company.

Step 3: Verification in the Nmbrs Mobile App

After logging in via Visma Connect, you need to complete verification for extra security. Choose the method that suits you best. You can change your preference later in the app.

🔹 1. Set Up a PIN Code

• Create a PIN that you’ll enter each time you open the app.

• This adds an extra layer of security.

🔹 2. Touch ID (Fingerprint Recognition)

• If your device supports Touch ID, you can use your fingerprint to log in quickly and securely.

🔹 3. Face ID (Facial Recognition)

• • If your device supports Face ID, you can log in using facial recognition instead of entering a PIN.
