Logging in to the Nmbrs Mobile App

Step 1: Enter your domain

The domain you enter is the same domain you use to log in through the browser, for example: nlpayroll.nmbrs.nl
You can often find the domain in the link you use to access Nmbrs in your browser

Don’t know the domain?

  • Check the emails you've received regarding your Nmbrs account. They usually include a link with the correct domain.
  • Contact your payroll administrator for help.
  • More information on how to find the domain can be found on this page.

Step 2: Log in via Visma Connect in the Nmbrs mobile app

After entering the domain, you'll be redirected to Visma Connect, where you can log in using one of the following methods:

  1. Email and password:
Use the combination you also use for the web application.

  2. Apple ID:
If your Apple ID is linked, you can use it to log in.

  3. Google Sign-In:
Log in via your linked Google account.

Login requirements:

  • Employee login required:
You must have an active employee login in the web application.

    • Don’t have an employee login yet? Contact your payroll administrator, as only they can create one for you.
  • Multiple companies within the same domain?
If your employee login is linked to multiple companies within the same domain, choose one company when logging in.

    • Switching between companies: You can easily switch by logging out and logging in again with a different company.

Step 3: Verification in the Nmbrs mobile app

After logging in via Visma Connect, the final step is Verification. This step provides extra security for your Nmbrs environment. You can complete the verification in three ways. Choose the method that works best for you. All three options increase security and ensure that only you have access to the mobile Nmbrs app. You can always change the settings later via the app if you want to switch verification methods.

  1. Setting up a PIN:
You can choose to set up a PIN that you will need to enter each time you open the app. This adds an extra layer of security, ensuring only you can access the app.

  2. Touch ID (Fingerprint recognition):
If your device supports Touch ID (fingerprint recognition), you can enable this option for quick and secure login. Just scan your fingerprint to access the app.

  3. Face ID (Facial recognition):
For devices that support Face ID, you can choose facial recognition as a verification method. This provides a quick and secure way to access the app without entering a PIN.

You can now use the Nmbrs mobile app

Congratulations again! After completing the above steps, you are now ready to use the Nmbrs mobile app. The app is a convenient way to access your payroll administration, but the features available may vary depending on what your payroll administration has configured.
